We at Come Along AI and our affiliates ("Come Along AI," "we," "us," or "our") have created this Privacy Policy to describe how we collect and use personal information from and about the visitors to our website (the "Site") and authorized users ("Users") of the companies that are customers of the Come Along AI platform (our "Customers"), and the choices that you have with regard to how we use your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to our Site, mobile features, and any other interactive features or services owned or controlled by Come Along AI that post a link to this Privacy Policy (each, a "Service" and collectively with the Site, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy does not govern information collected from our Customers' customers and other end users when they interact with the Services, such as through communicating with our AI Voice & Text Agent through a Customer's designated phone line; these activities are governed by our agreement with that Customer and the Customer's own privacy policy.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from Users, how we use and share that information, and your choices concerning our data practices. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Before using the Services or submitting any personal information to us, please review this Privacy Policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site or otherwise use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that, alone or in combination with other information in our possession, could be used to identify you as follows:

Information You Provide: We collect the following categories of personal information when you register and use the Services, request information about or a demo of the Services, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise interact with Come Along AI:

Internet Activity Information: When you visit, use, and interact with the Services, we may receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions — including the number of visitors, peak hours, pages visited, referring domains, browser type, broad geographic region, and navigation patterns. The following information is also created and automatically logged in our systems:

Information Provided by Our Customers: If you are a User, the Customer granting you access to the Services may provide your personal information to us. This may include your name, email address, log-in credentials, phone number, and any other personal information the Customer chooses to share.

Information We Process Through Our AI Voice & Text Agent: In order to provide the Services, we process information received via our AI Voice & Text Agent, including inbound call and text content such as service requests, scheduling inquiries, and lead qualification responses. Personal information about our Customers' customers and end users made available during communications with the AI Voice & Text Agent is processed pursuant to our agreements with those Customers. We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information we process on behalf of our Customers. If you are such an individual and would no longer like your information to be used by one of our Customers, or if you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, please contact the Customer directly.

The AI Voice & Text Agent feature includes saving audio recordings and call transcriptions, both to enable the service and to train and improve the underlying models (such as speech recognition and natural language understanding). Come Along AI may use pseudonymized segments of such transcriptions and recordings to improve or validate the Services, or may securely share them with contractors to do so on our behalf. Any training data is used solely to improve Come Along AI's systems and is processed primarily by automated means. A small fraction of training data may be manually reviewed. You may opt out of manual review at any time by contacting David@comealong.ai.

6. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
